Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full to secure your booking. If you are unable to make payments online, please email us and we can arrange for cash to be paid on our arrival. Please note, Fairies don't carry cash on them so exact change will be required. Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. Outside of this window forfeits your $90 booking fee. Our Fairies only accept limited bookings per week so late cancellations results in our Fairies missing out on other paid bookings. Rescheduling: Full credit towards rescheduling a new appointment will be given outside of the 48 hour window. Special circumstances apply on a case to case basis (i.e. Covid, illness).
